  I've lived in these apartments for over three years and matinence has became terrible i put in work orders over 3 weeks ago to have my ac filter replaced and to have my ac run off redirected into the sink instead of on my faucet ill leave pics. And also the light outside of my door doesn't work because there is no bulb which I've also requested.

  I am a new resident so I am still getting a feel for things. I give 4 stars only because buildings are little older, Parking can be a challenge as the spaces fill up. They do offer a reserved parking at a monthly fee. Currently there is massive Tollway Construction underway right next to the Complex. I can't fault Park at Spring Creek Apartments for the Tollway Construction but I wish I knew it was going to be this intense. My favorite things about Park at Spring Creek is the STAFF! The staff in the Leasing Office and the Maintenance Team are flat awesome. Super Nice and Approachable.
