- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆You have closed your drive through forcing your commercial customers to stand in line for over 15 minutes with a line so packed with people, that customers are literally walking in and walking right back out. It's lunch time and you have ONE teller working. This is one of the busiest times for a bank and you're forcing people to stand here in lines 10+ people long with ONE teller. Bring the drive through back OR hire more people this is outrageous. If it were up to me my company would switch banks to one more convenient. Fortunately for you that isn't up to me.
